My husband & I got the coof. Started Friday night, Saturday was the worst. Chills, fever, body aches, coughing, no appetite, weakness. We've stayed in bed all day & night since then. This morning still weak, intense sporadic headaches. Honestly, this felt like something we experienced in the late 60s early 70s, back then the fever was so high we were hallucinating (we were about 10 y/o). I reached out to Dr. Stella Immanuel. frontlinemds.com I filled out the form at 9:30am by 10:00am she was consulting us by phone and by 12:30pm I was picking up our meds. We're both feeling so much better. I won't be surprised that in the morning we will be back to our normal routine.

I got the coof too allegedly, back in Jan. It started on friday with a scratchy throat and then when i woke up the next day I felt like i was hit by a car. I started taking an extra dose of vit d3 (up to 4,000 IU’s per day from 2,000 mcg) 50 mcg of zinc, and 1,000 mg of calcium then Tylenol at max dose of 3,000 mg throughout the day. By monday i was feeling better and just had typical cold symptoms (runny nose and slight cough) otherwise i felt good but got tested because work required it for special covid leave, it came back “detected”, spouse also was detected (before me). I had an appointment with frontline doctors but canceled it because i was feeling much better. Saved me $95 for that but glad they were there to help if i needed them.
I should also note that I am obese, with mild sleep apnea (use a CPAP) and have an immune disorder. So take that CDC and your bullshit stats.
