I think it's fair to question someone's health going downhill so quickly after an experimental vaccine. Even if diabetic for a long time, it seems strange that he would suddenly succumb that way. He was diabetic long enough to know how to take care of his medical needs. "How might the shot have contributed to his sudden acidosis?" It's not a laughable question at all.
