Pretty unusual. We've had Verizon for many years and this has not happened once. Other cellular carriers were working just fine.
Editted to add: parts of LA county (South Bay) also reporting outages that are ongoing. Doesn't appear to effect every single subscribe in these entire counties. Outage map
probably just yours, Verizion was up for my friends in San Diego
Not all parts of each county (both combined are HUGE) - reports coming in from all over each county. Might be more counties but this is all I've heard so far.
