It would appear that the Pilatus PC-12 is owned by Phoenix PD, not US MIL. That's a scarier proposition.
Whats more likely, local PD using military spy planes, or military using spy planes that are just registered do the PD?
I don't envision either scenario. The plane's history is clearly tied to PPD.
