Why the f would the routers hold personal data on them? They don't... And even if said routers were wan optimizing with local storage... Why the hell would personal info be going over their wires... Total bogus bs excuse.

Now maybe if they said they used the same passwords across the whole state... That is something I could believe .. and is exactly what we are looking for!
