My 18 year old was around his vaxxed friends Sunday for abt 8 hours.

Woke up wrecked w a sore throat and splitting headache.

No one else in the house struggling w allergy or cold symptoms :(

I have quercetin, hylauronic acid, zinc, vitamin c, asprin, vitamin d , sunshine and i have ivermectin on the way. Thus far feeling way better taking these. This is not medical advice and I am not a physician, this is just a report of my personal experience.
