Peals also represent love and purity. Don't assume everyone wearing pearls - like the little old lady next door - is DS. and don't make us all look dumb by thinking this everywhere. Pearls were Pelosi's thing though, she had a famous necklace of dark pearls she always wore for years, now it's different and she often seems without it, just a scarf or a lesser string of round stones.
