The only time this invocation was been done previously was due to the 9/11 attacks. So which NATO signatory nation has been attacked now? Its a bit conspicuous that this has not happened... yet?
Maybe an advance tell that democrats are going to carry out or order an attack and blame and frame some uninvolved 3rd party.. like russia who seem to be the go-to boogeyman under the bed.
I believe so, even though Turkey is essentially at war with all other NATO nations, is one of the top allies and suppliers of ISIS, is vectoring in terrorists and invaders, and so much else.
I haven't heard of Turkey being attacked but things are getting crazy as the desperation sets in to keep the Great Lie going.
