So much of what you have questioned has run through my mind as well. Especially the one eye photo shots. The universe of photographers for famous people is pretty small. I suspect some of those artists have no idea what the symbolism means. They just pose as they are told. I imagine seeking out who is willing to do the worst things imaginable is a grooming process. Look at the stunt man who made Out of Shadows. He was around these people night and day and didn't really KNOW what was going on until he essentially had a religious experience. In retrospect he remembers odd comments, etc. But I suspect people that don't respond a certain way to those comments don't ever find out more. IMO, the people fully "in" are the super losing their mind lunatics you see, like Bette Midler and Chrissy Tiegen. Robert Dinero for sure.
