lol. Protip: you can't use Aluminum, you have to use actual tin foil which you can't get at the grocery store but can still order online or buy at industrial supply warehouses.
I don't know the origin of the tinfoil hat lore, just that it's a slur to make fun of conspiracy theorists. Before the internet there were people who claimed radio signals were being beamed into their heads and someone must have tried faraday caging their head with tinfoil (which used to be a thing until, aluminium foil replaced it for household use) Now we know that it's not as crazy an idea as it once sounded between mk ultra, gangstalking and high tech surveillance. But i have been making the half-joke for years that they changed tinfoil to aluminum foil because of this because aluminum foil would not work as well as tin for that purpose. I say half joke because if you do a deep dive you find out that there are discrepancies in the official narrative of tin-foil/aluminum foil. (not that I think it's worth looking into compared to more important things) thanks for asking.
Voice to Skull technology. The voices could well have been real. Also, though, mental conditions are real too, so it would be impossible to tell.
especially back then when if you said "voice-to-skull technology" that's an intsta-lobotomy
My Stepdad hired a guy that used to wear a tinfoil hat under his regular hats, he said it stopped the voices in his head. When he forgot a couple times he had to be sent home due to his yelling at nothing scaring the rest of the crew. I tried it and got a sever headache after about 10 minutes.
that's interesting, I admit I tried it too, I used aluminium and it heated up my head within about 5 or 10 minutes and I couldn't handle it lol. Never heard any voices though, just wanted to see if I felt any different.
But I like his hat. It looks like it needs to be a tad tighter.
