Because he can still spread the virus. This is why having vaccine passes makes no sense. If you can still spread the virus while vaccinated, why have the pass?

Exactly. And most people have actually gotten sick from the vaccine. So, it’s a gamble. Want to risk getting symptoms from the vaccine, or getting symptoms from the China Virus itself. I’ll take my chances on the China Virus.

The vaccine push makes no sense if it doesn’t actually stop transmission.

And that’s besides the point that’s the virus has a 99.7% survival but I digress.
