If Dominion did it, then did they do it on site or remotely?

If on site, that still implicates the county because they would have given them access to the machines.

If remotely, then it dispels the notion that the machines were not internet connected.

The Dominion CEO already admitted a while back that the machines can connect to RJ45 cables.
