Runbeck Election Services is about to be made (in)famous. They are the printer for Maricopa County ballots.

That page goes on to say "Rey Valenzuela is the county recorder..." Not in my memory. It was Adrian Fuentes from 2016 to 2021, and before that it was Helen Purcell for years.
