I work with adults who have special needs, and many of them have been vaxxed. It's an active environment and impossible to not have physical contact in some form or the other (hugs, handshakes, etc). I was curious what other methods some of y'all have been using to detox your body after exposure. I take a shower immediately after working, and make sure to regularly take zinc, vitamin C + D, magnesium, and vitamin B complex. I'd love to hear of any other tips and tricks you all have learned about protecting the body from vaccine shedding.

Can someone please show me the science of vaccine shedding ? Sounds like more BS to me.
Wish I had more info to share with you, but I'm pretty new to understanding the concept myself. If anything, at least I'd culminate a giga Chad immune system, lol!
