Supposedly that Eisenhower made an agreement with ET.s that in exchange for advanced tech, they could take people.

I don't think it was Eisenhower. I think it was corrupt politicians and officials that made the agreement behind his back.

I believe this. Eisenhower was very anti-Military Industrial Complex and tried to warn JFK.
