I have never seen a cicada before 2004 (WHEN LIZ'S CHENEY'S FATHER WAS THE SHADOW PRESIDENT.) Is there any historical evidence that they existed before the modern age? I suspect they are not insects at all but some kind of military operation. Although I am not sure if it's "black" or "white" hat. What evidence are they collecting????
