Maricopa happens to be one of the counties who's population is high enough to control the entire state. If the entire state voted Red but Maricopa voted Blue, then Blue it is. In Ohio 83 counties can vote Red, but if the other 5 all vote Blue then the red voters lose, sorry. Illinois would be a red state except for the county that Chicago is in and nearby all vote Blue. You don't even need to fake whole states anymore, faking just enough counties to win is all it takes. Time to stop the BS.
This is the best answer. It's like mini-California or New York, and only takes a relatively small effort to get in a few key operatives. Which is crystal clear in hindsight. This is a weakness in every state.
