Long story short and keeping as much detail hidden as possible, my bosses and their family are very much for the Rona “vaccine” and encourage everyone to get it. Today, my main boss’s family member came into town and demanded that employees without two shots wear a mask while dealing with customers.
I talked to my boss about it, starting with “Why are some people required to wear masks and others aren’t?” They said that employees should be wearing masks (outside) when dealing with customers and that they ask customers if they’ve gotten their shots before deciding if they were allowed to come inside or not. I proceeded to explain it’s wrong to discriminate based on medical history and that it is a violation of civil rights. They responded with things such as “that’s bullshit” and “I can do what I want in order to protect others’ health”. I may have said that I would not be working anymore if that was how it was going to be. The family member then walked in, and my boss told them that masks would not be required outdoors.
I was able to change the company policy within the hour! Stay strong patriots and stand up to fear. WWG1WGA and remember, NCSWIC.

Good work, though for others who might attempt this move - don’t say “it’s wrong to discriminate based on medical history” say “it’s ILLEGAL to discriminate based on medical history”.
I am not sure I’d recommend this to most others as I am in a pretty comfortable position with my job, and have options if I were to lose it. But do you have any resources you could link that myself and others would be able to cite in cases like this? All I’ve found is that HIPAA only applies to healthcare professionals and private businesses pretty much have free will to do as they please.
