I notified my employer of the possible federal law breaking mask mandate and then foumd out that I'm fired because I let other employees know about that possibility.

You can’t be fired for discussing federal law or getting the jab. Frontline doctors will happily set you up with their law people. Just go to their site.
That's how it works in my state IN
thats how it works when you think you have no rights even in an at will state such as IN.
