Alcohol laws are made by the states.... The law that states an 18 year old is an adult is the 26th amendment. Now, if you don't like it, please feel free to change it... Otherwise, go fuck yourself...

In no state.... Because the STATES say they can't. But in zero states is an 18 year old not an adult who can make their own decisions.
