Very suspicious, but I will say that the family had kids who associated with bad elements and as a result, the neighbors had complained that kids were bringing in weapons, drugs, etc. into the neighborhood. The car sought in the shooting is identified as a white Nissan w/ Maryland plates, which strongly indicates jogger activity. This occurs when you put rich kids and ghetto kids in the same school.
