This was Trump last year on Memorial Day. The wreath is already there and Trump did not help place it. Not sure why sometimes they have them help and other times not....

Your theory is that last year, trump's ceremony involved him not placing the wreath himself, so that next year, when Biden took office and the military again had the wreath in place without the president's help, it would seem normal to everyone else but the real story is that they only didn't have Biden place the wreath this year because he isn't the president?

So memorial day, one year ago, trump knew that Biden would be falsely in the white house?
