I am curious about whether or not anyone has attempted to or has filed a lawsuit against the CDC over their guidance on the data collection and reporting of COVID-19 deaths. I do honestly think some physicians should band together and file a class action lawsuit over this and seek a federal restraining order that would prohibit hospitals from adhering to the April 2020 guidance exclusively for reporting COVID-19 cases and deaths.
