The proof is in there. Under Local Rule 7.3, Brian was entitled to ACTUAL INNOCENCE acquittal. General Flynn needs to help Brian. Brian is FACTUALLY INNOCENT of his conviction and charge in the Feds. He has proven it, Trump should have pardoned him, it may be too late or it may not be.
