Think of the character ‘Cousin Eddie’ (Randy Quaid) from the movie ‘Vacation’. Clark (Chevy Chase) asks him how he doing…and he responds by telling Clark that his doctors had a steel plate inserted in his head and every time they turn on the microwave he pisses his pants and forgets who he is for half an hour.
