Anyone ever notice this in A Clockwork Orange? Kubrick knew and was telling us.

Absolutely. Milk plus baby. Interestingly, A Clockwork Orange was released the same year as Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, which featured adrenochrome as well.
It gets a mention in the book version of a clockwork orange too, in the 60s. It's called Dremcrom (like the picture) Anthony Burgess was a massive Aldous Huxley fan who was a huge fan of mescaline. He wrote in the doors of perception that he imagined adrenochrome might give him a similar buzz, being byproducts of adrenaline. Same reason Thomson put it in fear and loathing but he said he made up the name himself and was referencing DMT.
Interesting. I've had The Doors of Perception for about 15 years but have never read it.. ?
Bit of a slog ngl. Unless you're into philosophy and scientific journals. I sort of am that nerdy so I made it through.
