Depending on the answer it could be a predictive or reactive variable.
If it's predictive it would be another piece of evidence for the Q and Trump connection.

eh, it's more of a Q proof if Q said it first then Trump says it. It's a unique phrase and if Q was the first to say it then Trump says it, it brings more of a connection
That's what I meant with predictive vs reactive. I should've been more clear about it.
Also why I'd like to know if anybody knows if Trump ever said it before Q.
Gotcha, in that case I completely agree, just thought you meant something else from the title. It's such a unique phrase that if Q did say it first it is just another Q proof. Trump didn't say "When is Durham releasing his report?" he says verbatim "Where's Durham?"
