I agree. The only thing I noticed is that he said he was at a ceremony for someone he had served with for years, yet he has no rank insignia on his collar, indicating he's either an E-1 or someone that forgot to wear his rank. An E-1 has not served for several years in any branch unless they were promoted and later lost their rank for whatever reason. Just a thought.

Or he could be in a unit that deliberately omit any rank or unit insignia for "reasons".
