Sounds like a set up for a False Flag in the near future. What they should do is give every household generators; a solar generator and a gas generator. This way, if the power grid is shut down, everyone can keep essentials going; (refregerator, hot plate/ microwave, etc) instead of giving money to illegals, etc.
