(IBM) College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, IBM HQ, GlobalFoundries HQ, plus about 40% of the US' chip manufacturing and R&D are in NY.

These along with SUNY (partnered with the above) constitute a large portion of Cuck's campaign donations. I guarantee IBM had a big hand in writing this- they are the largest intellectual property holder in the world.

Yes could be a good thing but interests align with the swamp on this one ie lots of jobs for constituents in swamp creature’s district. I assume he wants to be re-elected this might help him not lose his seat. Who knows
