Then the virus had to be made/developed as a means of terrorizing humanity so they'd beg for protection, thus the fake vax/operating system in it. Yes and no. It was definitely about the vaccine but the vaccine is just a step in the direction of a larger plan.

It is about the vaccine, so they can implement and issue passports. When the passports don't work because they are too easily lost or stolen,nor forged or simply forgotten, they will implement the quantum dot mark. Once most in the world have gotten used to that it will be that much easier to implement chips etc.

Also the spreading of the concept that minorities can't get IDs is just a step in the direction of implementing biometric identification for everyone on the planet as is the stated goal in the UNs agenda 2030 where in it is written that so many people can't get IDs and there for can't access medical benefits and therefore it is important that we switch to a global biometric system of ID
