Would make more sense if I knew what a “left marker #18” was.

They have black marks at the left side of the ballot that tell the computer where each line is printed (so it can find who you voted for). If those are misaligned by even just a tiny bit, the computer can't find it and it is sent to adjudication. Meaning 82% couldn't be read by the machine because there was a "printing error" on the ballots.

I'm thinking this says 82% couldn't be read automatically by the machine, and were kicked into adjudication, and then "reversed" from Trump to Biden? is that right?
