Someone more tech savvy than me can correct me if I'm wrong, but as I understand it, it means the websites you visit are tracked as you're browsing and that info can be used to create a 'profile' of who you are. 'They' can figure out how you think, or how you might think, based on where you browse...they can figure out even more of how you think if you're also posting/interacting. The stuff from the Shadowgate documentary come to mind.
I'm not sure if DDG's website has any tracking cause I've only used their search engine through my browser, which currently is Dissenter.

Ok so bear with me. What’s this mean? Trackers aggregate you web history.... it means there is tracking on that website?
