“I’m not a doctor, don’t listen to me” is what she says about herself....
She is one person and she never answered what a prohibited IUlevel of D3 is.....
What this person never says ....and should have.....is vitamin D is NOT a water soluble and can build up in the body....in other words too much can be toxic, but again, as someone said....most people do not get enough DUE to sunscreen and protecting our skin.
I've been taking 5000iu per day with a piece of high-fat cheese since before I got the "covid" symptoms (sick for a week). But it's important to take zinc, K2 and magnesium as well.
Hey thanks for this. I started vitamin D a while ago. Quit because of this. I feel so much better. Weird cuz it stemmed to help me at first. I think I am going to stick to fish, meat, greens, and other natural foods.
I took too much one year and my level was like 93 whatever. I didn't know it was fat soluble and though I would pee out the excess. My doctor called me when she got the results like "!!!!!!!!!!stop what are you doing!!!!!!!!" I didn't feel anything though.

I don’t trust doctors either....or some person calling themselves a toxicologist.
There are plenty of studies on vitamin D.....but again, too little doesn’t help....too much is toxic.
I don't get enough sue. ;)
Mother f%#cking edit function....lol

Anything in moderation.
