File charges against the prosecutors. Prosecute the prosecutors for failing to do their job. Withhold their pay.

The American Justice System at its finest. Let 100's of guilty people go free, so that we can railroad one innocent man. they have been investigating for years, if they had something, Trump would have been charged by now.
