Why is it that it is always young blacks that are involved in these violent assaults? Could it be the lack of fathers to show a steady hand, a sense of worth and a positive influence. Any man and woman can create a life, but not everyone can parent that child. Showing positive influences and attention is the most important part of raising a child.
