I’ve heard him say that before and it’s such a lie if you ask me. How would you keep such meticulous track of visits that you would remember 17? Half dozen, sure. But after a dozen or so, you would lose track.

I like the lie, because it points to Q. There is no other reason he would say 17 than to point to Q and give a proof Q is alive and well.
