Untrue, if this is a real quote from him it’s just another reason why he’s a quack I’m sorry to say. Each species gives off different chemical odor identifiers. Even members of the same species could notice the difference between different colonies. Ants are typically territorial, carnivorous, and indeed will kill outsiders.
