Ever noticed how movies really ramped up the stereotypical characters in society, making a cultural normal of ignorance and such. I feel like the amount of things seen in movies has always played the societys perspective on reality. When you look at older movies adults always drank heavily then this moved to heavy smoking. I feel like the normalization of everything not good for our bodies has been heavily pushed to weaken the fabric of American society which would carry over to other countries. We get to around the 70's-2000's we have a heavily grown hook-up culture where everybody is sleeping with each other without really knowing each other. This leads to more women being damaged by men adding more to the feminist movement. Movies promoting even more racist sterotypes that are perceived as jokes, being pushed by the left. Example being get hard https://www.eonline.com/news/639819/get-hard-review-roundup-is-will-ferrell-and-kevin-hart-s-raunchy-movie-racist-homophobic-or-funny . More movies promoting one night stands and looked at as cool https://m.imdb.com/title/tt1632708/ . Other movies being just losing virginity https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0163651/?ref_=m_ttls_tt_50 . Movies keep pushing trash on our society in the sense of the "new normal". Don't forget extremely gory and bloody violent movies decensitizing us to violence, I mean to me I see this as why we are where we are and why so much careless killing occured last year. Movies are also promoting crocked cops https://m.imdb.com/title/tt3733774/ altering the lense in which the average person perceives how cops are. The next problem to me is it does deal with skin color as everyone dumb in movies is always white, and rich with no problems; this making it seem like white people can't be poor to the average college student. The division comes from movies I would like everyone to share movies that bugged them and creates problems as a whole for our society. This one's straight fucked up https://www.joblo.com/horror-movies/news/bones-and-all-taylor-russell-timothee-chalamet

Last movie I saw in a theater was Zootopia, which I honestly didn't care for. Prior to that it was the Simpsons movie, which I also thought was terrible. Stop giving Hollywood money.
Your not wrong I haven't gone to movies sense 2019 I got my horse size red pill around there but for me more stuff just pops out everyday and it shocks me of what I previously missed. I'm glad I got it though I wanna help fix this messed up world
What's worse is you try to go back through the decades and still see it. Even stuff from 1900-1960 isn't safe. They've been pushing this shit for ages.
It seems like a steady decline to the bullshit world were in now I wonder if the future will have movies I feel we'll all have more time without them were all wasting hours of our lives everyday watching movies when we could be doing more like hobbies and spending time with the family actually connecting
