Uff... OK, so here's what's going on. Someone (information about who is not legible) decided to use a constitutional right to intimate the public justice system to provide proof over, pretty much, all the allegations about a Covid19 pandemic. They asked for proof of the existence of the virus and difference regarding other influenza virus, proof of the utility and safety of the vaccines, number of dead people from covid with an autopsy, proof that the PCR tests work to identify Covid, proof of rate of infection on Humans, proof that social distancing reduces infection, etc, all that should be presented by reviewed studies and peer studies by medical journals or scientific studies.
The court dismissed all the different requests saying that there were no administrative documents as such that were requested, meaning that the Justice System doesn't have any of that proof in their "files". This doesn't mean it doesn't exist, just means the Justice System doesn't have it stored. The only thing they could provide, was the data given by Justice System Medical Staff, and those are the 152 deaths that were certificated by Medics that belong to the Justice System. They died from 2 types of Covid19. So, these doesn't account death certificates by Public Medics, that really are the majority here.
So, yes, this doesn't mean only 152 people died from Covid.
But one thing seems quite important, besides the fact that my Justice System doesn't have stored vital information related to this pandemic. The court, after this, goes on a legal rant about the utility and use of this intimation and ends up condemning whoever asked for this information to pay the court expenses regarding this request in the total of 30.000 Euros, that's almost 36.000 Dollars in a country where the minimum wage is 650 Euros/month or 775 Dollars/month.
So, it's safe to say that this pissed someone and that this type of request is not welcome, and if it was a private citizen doing this, he's either quite rich or he just screwed himself for life. Safe to say, no ordinary man will ever make these questions to this court. That's a bit odd since the court should encourage people to exercise their rights and not place a big sign for everyone to see saying "if you want to force us to answer, we'll give you inconclusive answers and force you to pay for the rest of your life."
Just a thought.
Conclusion, scrap that title. It's fishy for the reasons I've said, but it's not a statement of only 152 deaths by Covid.
Cheers
