I’m working on a theory that the Q drops provide a cryptic clue as to the timing of Durham’s FISA indictments. I need to verify the exact date on which Kevin Clinesmith was charged by Durham.
On August 14, 2020, KC’s indictment document was filed by the DOJ along with his signed plea deal, but the indictment document itself isn’t dated:

Would submitting a FOIA request be the best way to uncover the date of the indictment? What specific documentation could I request in order to verify the date of the indictment, or the day Clinesmith was informed about this charges being held against him?
Is there any other way to determine the date of the KC indictment? Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!
