we could pick 4 random guvs- say DeSantis & Noem for Red Pill and Cuomo & Wolf for Blue Pill and check their public schedule info and social media and just see if there is any pattern of Red or Blue Pill guvs being on or off the radar. Out of 32 governors, we should be able to detect a pattern of who is on or off the radar around the 4th when there are public appearances & parades and such when dignitaries have customary appearances. There is a possibility of gleaning confirming info from such research.
