Everyone is saying this and I kept seeing all this videos, but there’s no actual evidence of this from what I can tell. Are there any videos that actually show not THAT this is possible, but HOW it might be possible?

There won't be any evidence until it is a reality.

The theories that I have seen are backed up in science.

Blackhorse on YT has several good videos outlining the theories
