How come the drawstrings on his shorts arent moving?? Surely if hes moving fast enough to whip the flag in the wind, his drawstrings would be whipping around as well?

Yes they move.but very little. Go throw a pair of sweats or shorts on and tell me how much the strings move as you walk. I just watched mine and they be whippin all over the place.
