Don’t think they don’t already know, if you have an annual doctor visit, they ask; if you got the shot information was obtained and your insurance/Medicare/Medicaid was billed-most likely they report it to a secret government data base. Don’t forget your hospital/doctor visits are computerized. You sign a release for billing to insurance companies.
