I found it interesting, I can't find it though. If the letter agency and AT&T are white hat systems working together, that would be mind blowing.

Not sure of the page you are speaking of, not enough info. If you use a search engine there is no shortage of web pages with the at&t / nsa contracts, possible nefarious activities, collaborations, locations of the windowless blogs. The only thing I remember reading was that the rv was possibly a white hat to warn people and prevent death. I haven't really looked into it since it happened.
There was a post here a while ago with Q posts showing a coorelation between the 2. Search bar here doesn't work.
The Nashville bombing was definitely a white hat operation.
