The TLD resolves to the CDC. Try it - www.flattenthecurve.com
Q: What is the date format for the ICANN records is it
A) YYYY-MM-DD
B) YYYY-DD-MM?
If it is A, then someone we must assume on behalf of the CDC, they potentially registered this now synonymous phrase on the 9th of March, 2020.
If it is B, then it is the 3rd of Sept, 2020.
Can anyone confirm what date format ICANN uses?
ICANN most likely uses the ISO 8601 standard for date formatting, so that would be YYYY-MM-DD. Pulling up the whois for google shows this :
meaning that it does indeed use the YYYY-MM-DD format.
BOOM!
Using this link. https://www.utctime.net - I suspect it is YYYY-MM-DD
This is huge if true.
flattenthecurve.com was registered a few days before all of this began, it was registered don the 9th of March, 2020.
