Keyword is "distribute".

As long as you are not sharing links to files or docs, you should be okay.

I zip anything like that anyways. Good way to hide files. Or just use AWS S3.

What is the point of holding a document unless you intend to transmit that information to another person who has not seen it?

I don't believe that the fact that Google used the word 'distribute' in their misleading content clause means that they won't delete documents that exhibit wrongthink in their view.
