I've been taking vit d, mag, zinc since this thing has started and I have not been sick once. And usually I get about 4 head colds a yr because I have sinus issues. Plus I come in contact with many different people a day since I own a home service business. Healthy people don't spread disease and there is no way an unvaxxed person experiencing NO disease symptoms is spreading any disease.

This! Since November of 2019 I haven’t been ill. And I never wore a mask ever. But I did take vit d and c and other supplements.
