My office has the following policy regarding vaccines:
-
You had to attest in the company's system whether you are (a) fully vaccinated or (b) Not vaccinated and/or choose not to disclose
-
If you are fully vaccinated, you can come into the office and not wear a mask
-
If you are not fully vaccinated, you have to take a self-administered covid test every day. Only if you are negative, you can come into the office and still must wear a mask the entire day and social distance
I find all three of these policies completely retarded and not sure what to do about it. So far I attested "no/do not disclose". I certainly am not self testing every day. And I sure as shit won't wear a mask in the office if I am negative. Makes no fucking sense. Should I get a lawyer?
Seems like paragraph 3 does not apply if you fall into the "did not disclose" category. Not your problem if paragraph 1 has a choice of 1: A and 2: B or C. You fall into C, mandatory testing is for B. Poorly written policy.
Sorry I mistyped, mandatory self testing is for anyone who chose option B.
